improvement

• added options of reviewing and reinviting users with pending / unconfirmed accounts
• invitation / activation email sent in copy to the user (re)sending the invite (i.e. more control over emails possibly filtered as spam)
• more options and tools for assigning users to project / events (e.g. organization of the red kite wintering census)
