Tasks/ToDos capability for Notes added

• Note can be transformed to Task/ToDo by assigning it to someone.

Bulk operations in the devices grid

• new multi-select tool in the device list introduced

• Customer data fee payment history drill down
• List of the devices purchased, fix, overage, and total charges by devices,
